Privacy Policy

Effective May 22, 2026

Fusion Cell, a service of Phantom Services, is built around a simple principle: the information you share with your team belongs to you. We collect only what we need to operate the service you've engaged us for, and we use that information only for that purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not allow it to be used for marketing by anyone — including us.

Who we are

This policy describes the privacy practices of Fusion Cell, a service operated by Phantom Services ("Fusion Cell," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to the Fusion Cell mobile application, the Fusion Cell website, and any related services we provide to principals and their authorized representatives.

If you have questions about this policy or how your information is handled, contact us at privacy@phantomfusioncell.com.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide the service. This falls into four categories:

Account information

When you or your Fusion Cell team set up your account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the names and contact details of authorized representatives you designate. This information is used to authenticate you, communicate with you, and identify members of your team.

Information you and your team enter into the app

The core function of the Fusion Cell app is to give you visibility into the holdings your team manages on your behalf. The information your team enters and maintains on your behalf includes:

  • Records of your holdings (real estate, aviation, marine, vehicles, collections, and other categories you've engaged us to manage)
  • Budgets, cash flow, and obligation tracking
  • Documents, contracts, and correspondence your team uploads on your behalf
  • Notes, decisions, and communications between you and your team

This information is yours. It is stored to serve you and is accessible only to you, the members of your Fusion Cell team you've authorized, and a small number of Phantom Services personnel who maintain the underlying systems.

Device and technical information

When you use the Fusion Cell app, we automatically collect limited technical information needed to operate the service: device type and operating system version, app version, a device identifier used to maintain your session, and (if you enable notifications) a push notification token issued by Apple. This information is used to keep you signed in, deliver notifications, and ensure the app works correctly on your device.

Diagnostics

If the app encounters an error or crash, we collect diagnostic information — what the app was doing at the time, the type of device, and the version of the app — so we can identify and fix the problem. Diagnostic data does not include the contents of your holdings, documents, or communications.

How we use your information

We use the information described above only to:

  • Operate the Fusion Cell app and the services your team provides to you
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • Communicate with you about your holdings, including delivering Daily Executive Briefs and notifications
  • Allow your Fusion Cell team to manage holdings, documents, and decisions on your behalf
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for marketing — ours or anyone else's. We do not allow third-party tracking. We do not work with data brokers. We do not use your information to train artificial intelligence models offered to anyone outside your Fusion Cell team.

Who has access to your information

Access to your information is limited to:

  • You and any authorized representatives you have designated
  • The members of your Fusion Cell team who manage your holdings — directors, managers, and specialists assembled around your specific holdings
  • A small number of Phantom Services personnel responsible for operating and securing the underlying systems, under confidentiality obligations

We use a limited set of infrastructure providers — cloud hosting, push notification delivery, and crash reporting — to operate the service. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. They do not have independent rights to use your information.

How your information is protected

Information you and your team store in Fusion Cell is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same encryption standard used by financial institutions and government systems. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is protected in transit using TLS. Access to systems is restricted to authorized personnel, logged, and reviewed.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet is immune from interception. If we ever become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

How long we keep your information

We retain your information for as long as your Fusion Cell engagement is active. If your engagement ends, we retain your records for a reasonable period afterward — generally to satisfy legal, tax, and audit obligations, and so that your team can produce records you may need later. After that period, your information is deleted or anonymized.

You can request deletion of your account and associated information at any time, as described below.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your account and the information associated with it (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Export the information you and your team have stored in the app
  • Withdraw consent for notifications and other optional communications

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@phantomfusioncell.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account at any time. To do so:

  • From within the Fusion Cell app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or
  • Email privacy@phantomfusioncell.com from the address on file

When you delete your account, your personal account information and the records you have stored in the app are removed from active systems. Backup copies are purged according to our standard backup retention schedule. Records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or audit purposes are retained only for that purpose and only for as long as required.

Notifications

If you enable notifications on your device, Fusion Cell may send you alerts about your holdings, decisions awaiting your attention, Daily Executive Briefs, and other information your team determines is relevant. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device's notification settings or from within the app.

Children

Fusion Cell is not directed at children. The app and the services it supports are intended for principals and their authorized adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at privacy@phantomfusioncell.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will notify you through the app and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the Fusion Cell app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to this policy will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
